Installing MindFire's Web Tracking is easy. It takes just a few minutes to add the code snippet to your website. If you need to ask someone else on your team to install the code snippet, send them this article!
The basic JavaScript method is a good fit for most standard websites which are characterized by each new screen triggering a full page refresh.
To track interactions on your website, add the javascript snippet below. Copy and paste the code snippet before the </body> tag on every page of your website, so that MindFire can track interactions.
Your code can be found in the Settings > Web Tracking section of your account.
Please note that the web-tracking provides the city and the state of the visitor. You can subscribe to our IP Enrichment module at an added cost, which will translate the visitor's IP Address to their home address and give you an opportunity to reach out to them via direct mail, and in some cases via email or phone call.
