Resetting a Forgotten Password

In order to reset a password you will need the email address you used to sign in to your MindFire account. The first thing you will want to do is visit our client portal and click the Forgot Password link below the MindFire Sign In credential area.

Enter your email in the requested area and the system will send an email to that address with further instructions for receiving a temporary password. Once you have your temporary password you can use that to sign in to your account. Please be sure to manually enter the temporary password instead of copy-pasting to avoid extra characters being copied. Follow the document further down for instructions on how to update this to a more permanent password.


Changing a Password


In order to update or change a password you will need to be signed in to your account. Once signed in you can click the person icon in the top left hand corner of your screen and then click the Change Password tab.

Simply enter your current password (If you recently reset it you can use your temporary password here) and then your new desired password and hit Change.
