Here are the limitations of mechanized visits etc are currently set to 10 per day for free accounts, and can be increased based on the user's licensing level, subject to LinkedIn limits.
The current LinkedIn limits are 100 visits per day and up to 3,000 open connection requests at any time (meaning - connections that have not been accepted). For premium account users these limits can be higher at the user's request. However, LinkedIn keeps changing these limits, and in some cases, they are even contemplating bringing it down to 100 per week. The other limit is the total number of 1st-degree connections that one can have, and that is 30,000.
