10. Updates to Attract 2.0 for Data Services

For Basic Redirect Campaigns:

  1. Create Campaign

    • Use the new Attract 2.0 interface (simplified from original)

    • Select "Redirect" option (no landing pages needed)

    • Configure redirect URL

  2. Configure Remote Access IDs (Backend/MAML)

    • Go to Workflow Editor

    • Set up Remote Access ID for MID/serial domain

    • Set up Remote Access ID for PURL domain

    • Set the rule variable called DEDUPFIELD to "PURL"

    • Set the rule variable called DEDUPVALUE to "##purl##"


  3. Events Created Automatically

    • Welcome page (purl visit)

    • QR code scan visit

    • Informed Delivery visit

    • Email page visit (if applicable)

    • Survey page (if applicable)

    • Thank you page (if applicable)

  4. Dashboard Setup

    • Request Aref to copy the standard dashboard template to the target parent account

    • Dashboard includes: List Performance, Visits, Engaged, Completed metrics

    • Customize as needed after copying

  5. For External Tracking (Client websites) - needs more work

    • Implement SDK/JavaScript snippets on client pages

    • Track "visit" and "submit" events minimum

    • Can be added via Google Tag Manager
