Uploading Contacts is easier than ever using the new Contacts section we've provided. Click HERE to watch a video on how to upload contacts.
Begin by clicking the orange Upload CSV button on the left side.
A section where you can upload a CSV with your contacts will appear. Drag your CSV into the screen or upload the file. You can name the file at the bottom and then click Next.
The next section will ask you to map the column headers in your CSV to the correct fields inside MindFire. For fields you don't want, you can select Skip. For fields that don't have a MindFire assigned header, you can assign it to a Custom field or contact our Support Team to add that field into your account. Click Next when you're done.
This page will process your contacts. Depending on how big your list is, it could take up to 10-15 minutes. This is because of our email verification process. Read more about it HERE. Once you get the notification in red that your import is complete and select Finish.
