03. Sharing and Collaboration

Instructions:

Note: 

Even if a user has Configuration Edit permission in User Management, the user will still need to be given permission to access a Program, unless they have been give the permission to View/Edit Any Program.

1. Open the Program that you want to share with a user

2. Click on the "Actions" button in the Program Studio toolbar, and select Program, Selected Campaign, or Selected Element

3. Select a user from the drop-down and check/uncheck the boxes below to give them the permission/access they need

4. Click on "Share"

Note: 

The Program must be a published Program in order to grant permission(s) to other users.
