The Campaign Manager provides a place for you to begin new campaigns, store your campaigns, easily find ones that you are working on or have created and the past. Originally introduced with the Blueprints in early 2019, the Campaign Manager is now integrated within the MindFire Product portal and functions across the entire platform. Users of both the BluePrint Editor (BPE), and the WorkFlow Designer (WFD) can now use it.
To access the Campaign Manager, log into the Product Portal at client.mdl.io using your MindFire credentials, and select the account you want to work in if applicable.
Next, click on the toolbox icon in the left menu bar. This takes you to the main screen of the Campaign Manager. Here you will be presented with the last 5 campaigns that you worked on within this account. Here Are the actions you can take from the main screen, see the numbered arrows on the screenshot below..
Note that you may view up to 15 campaigns on a page by using the Rows per page dropdown menu on the bottom right side of the screen.
You scroll through the pages of saved campaigns using the controls at the bottom left of the screen should you have more than one page of campaigns to search from.
And you may also choose to view paused campaigns by clicking the toggle button to the right.
If you know the name, or at least part of the name of a save campaign that you are looking for, start typing the name in the search bar.
If you want to view your scheduled campaigns, click on this button and the schedule calendar will open in a new window. It will show your past and future campaign schedules for the current month, and you can then scroll through the months.
To create a new campaign click here.
Quick searches for saved campaigns is easy as long as you know one word that is in the name of the campaign. In this example we have serval campaigns that contain the name Direct Mail in the title in this account. Typing “Direct” in the Find a Campaign box and pressing enter returned 41 campaigns in this account for example:
Once you have found the campaign that you want to work with, simply click on it to open it up and work with it.
Depending on your license level you may have the option to open the campaign with either WorkFlow Designer, or BluePrint Editor at this point. Depending on the program you created the campaign in should determine which program you choose when working with existing campaigns.
Once your campaign is opened you will be able to edit and control other options, (more on this late in the tutorial.)
Choosing to create a New Campaign will also vary depending on your license level. BluePrint Editor users will be presented with the option to use one of the available BluePrints, such as here:
WorkFlow Designer users will see this where they will be taken directly to the WorkFlow Designer Campaign Canvas.
Users who are licensed to use both WorkFlow Designer and BluePrint Editor will see this screen, which includes the BPE BluePrints and the option to open up the WorkFlow Designer Campaign Canvas.
To learn more about building campaigns, we have prepared a series of resources on using the different campaign creation options in the Knowledge Base HERE
